Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our popcorn. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
We do not accept returns on any items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us immediately at contact@wildabout popcorn or by calling our shop at (239)829-0527. Please have your order number handy. We will ask why you are unhappy with your purchase so that we can continually improve our products and processes.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
